Ratlicious Harvest Reading Festival

Okay, so everyone knows how freakazoid I get about rats.  It’s all because I saw Willard when I was WAY too little.  I HATE rats.  Really.  But Thursday night I confronted my fear at the Seven Springs Middle School Harvest Reading Festival.  Students dressed up as a character from their favorite book, and I had my picture taken with Alex, whose costume involved being COVERED in rats!  Who says people can’t overcome their fears?
